Transcripts

An academic transcript is the formal written record of results achieved in all enrolled units in a course of study.

All Graduating Students receive a complete academic transcript at the time of their Graduation.

Academic Transcripts

If you require a full transcript of results for all attempted units in a course you will need to order a full academic transcript. 

The Academic Transcript that you will receive will be an original provided on official University letterhead. 

Alternatively, you can view or print your current session results from PlatformWeb.

If you require any additional services please email graduations@uws.edu.au

Please note: If you are applying for admission to a University through an Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (ie UAC, QTAC) you may not need an offical transcript. Please contact the institution for further advice.

If you wish to arrange for a Transcript to be sent to the Psychologists Registration Board of NSW, please complete the 'Request for release of full transcript to the Psychologists Registration Board of NSW' form below.

The cost per transcript, including postage within Australia is $20.00.

Please order and pay for your transcript online using iPay.

You can pay online with a credit card, or you can print out your iPay order and payment details and pay at any Post Office with Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card, Cheque or Money Order.

If you would like your Academic Transcript mailed overseas, the cost including postage is $25.00.

How and when you will receive your transcript

We will mail your transcript to you using the nominated address on your request form. Usually this will take between 3 - 5 working days within Australia and 7 - 10 days for overseas post.

Personal collection, faxing or emailing of transcripts is not possible.

If you have not received your transcript within 10 working days, please contact the Graduations Unit by email on graduations@uws.edu.au. Please include your name, student number, request date and receipt number for proof of purchase in your email.

Verification of qualifications

Verification of academic qualifications from the University of Western Sydney is available by emailing your request to student-enquiries@uws.edu.au
