Student Fees Account

You should use MySR to access your Student Fees Account (Statement of Account). It details the units you are enrolled in, the total fees payable, the due date and methods of payment.

Click here to view the demonstration on How to access your electronic Statement of Account (requires Adobe Flash Player available at www.adobe.com).

To ensure your enrolment continues, you must pay your fees by the due date. Students who do not pay their tuition fees in full or arrange to defer their student contribution (by lodging an eCAF or "Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP" in MySR) by the due date will have their enrolment cancelled.

Eligible postgraduate students have the option to apply for a HELP loan prior to the census date. Please refer to the Higher Education Loan Programme (HELP) page for further details.

You can check to see whether your payments has been received using MySR. Please allow three working days for payments to appear on the system.

To make it easier to understand the information contained in your Student Fees Account, we have added explanatory notes to several different kinds of invoice samples. To open these 100KB .pdf files you will need Adobe's free, downloadable Acrobat Reader.
