
A Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN) contains information about your enrolment and use of Commonwealth assistance.
A CAN is produced once per teaching session and is issued within 28 days of the approved census date.
Specific information will be displayed relating to your enrolled course and units for the teaching session. Information on your liabilities and payments is also included. Your CHESSN (Commonwealth Higher Education Student Support Number) will be advised on the CAN so you can make enquiries direct with DEST at www.goingtouni.gov.au should you need to.

You are required to check your notice for any discrepancies. You have 14 days from the date of issue of the CAN to advise the University in writing specifying the information that is incorrect. Forward your advice from your UWS student email account to enrolments@uws.edu.au.
If you are a student with the Sydney Graduate School of Management (SGSM), please forward details of any incorrect information to clientservices@sgsm.com.au
You will receive acknowledgement of receipt of your email within 5 working days.
